Mutation Real-Time PCR Kits

The kits you are using are "Ready-to-Use". The system includes all the necessary components for Real Time PCR reaction, including Taq Polymerase.

• Analysis is performed using the 5' Nuclease method with mutation-specific primer probes. It also monitors the performance of your PCR reaction with its internal control content.
• The test principle is based on the 5'-3' exonuclease activity of Taq DNA polymerase. The probe has a reporter dye at the 5' end and a quencer dye at the 3' end.
• The Quencer dye reporter suppresses the emission of the dye while also preventing the probe from elongating by acting like a primer.
• During PCR, the probe located between the reporter and the quencer is degraded and separated by enzyme activity, and light emission occurs as the suppression is removed. This process only occurs in probes that have hybridized to the target region.
• As the amplification level increases, the emission increases linearly with the release of the reporter dye, and this increase is simultaneously detected by the device.
